Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and HR analytics.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business objectives and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive and supportive work environment
- Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, bonus programs, and health and welfare benefits
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
- Develop and maintain HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives
- Manage employee relations issues, including investigating and resolving employee complaints and conflicts
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that are consistent with the company culture and values
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience
- Proven experience in developing and implementing effective HR strategies that support overall business objectives and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Demonstrated ability to manage employee relations issues, including investigating and resolving employee complaints and conflicts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
