Job Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Owner to join our team. The Product Owner will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog, working closely with the development team to build and release high-quality products, and ensuring that the product meets the needs of our customers and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the market, customer needs, and technology trends, and be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize the product backlog based on customer and stakeholder needs, business value, and development effort
- Collaborate with the development team to define and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements
- Ensure that the product meets user needs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage the product throughout its lifecycle, from ideation to retirement
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user testing to inform product decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to deliver successful products
- Ensure that the product backlog is transparent, visible, and understood by all stakeholders
- Continuously prioritize and refine the product backlog based on feedback and changing market conditions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or computer science
- 3+ years of experience in product management or a related field
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product management best practices
- Ability to gather and synthesize feedback from multiple sources, including customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholders
- Familiarity with product management tools, such as Clickup, JIRA or Trello
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
